Manufacturing from small to medium sized precision turned parts. SMALL TURNED PARTS 0.8 - 7.0 mm Ø. manufactured on ring automatic lathes. Complete processing also on the back, the transverse boring, milling, knurling tools and threads cut. TURNED PARTS 5.0 - 25.0 mm Ø. bar manufacturing on curve machines. CNC TURNED PARTS 3.0 - 16.0 mm Ø and 8.0 - 36.0 mm Ø. manufactured on long automatic lathes with 5 axles, of the bar with load magazine. The pick-up takes place with the Gegenspindel, via it butzenlos. PROCESSED MATERIALS: All materials, which are swivelling and kurzspanig how: Freecutting steel/high-grade steels stainless, C-steel, chrome steel, brass alloys, copper alloys, aluminum alloys.
